Снежок, приветствую!
Wow — those are quite impressive figures! But are you sure that this trend isn’t harmful for your health? To my knowledge, the normal loss is 0.5–1 kg per week.
Personally, I do running this summer, and lost approx. 4 kg between June’s beginning and July’s end. The starting point was on June 2nd, 89,9 kg of weight whilst being 176 cm tall, which is definitely overweight.
Yes, recommended loss is 0.5-1 kg, that’s right. Although the question is to what current weight that applies. Right now, swimming two hours (breast stroke) burns more than 3000 kcal at my current weight (both the weight and the amount burned has been dropping). Together with the savings on intake that often amounted to around -4000 kcal (net) per day.
This curve is eventually going to flatten. And that’s fine with me, but as long as I can keep it up, I will try to.
Hey!
Then keep it up, and I wish you all the best in your sporting activities!
Thanks, and likewise (since you seem to be trying as well ;)).
